Private equity firms Apollo Management and Graham Partners have signed an agreement to acquire BPC Holding Corp. from Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and JPMorgan Partners for an enterprise value of $2.25 billion in aggregate consideration. The parties expect to complete the transaction by the end of the third quarter. Ira Boots will remain president and chief executive officer and the existing senior management team will continue to lead Berry Plastics following the transaction.
